Co-Founder of ResumeTarget.com, COO of MedCare Staff international and President of Tayts & Company. He is a full time search professional with more than 12 years experience of conducting permanent placements for contingency and retained executive search firms. He has managed a pan-European recruitment and research team and has developed and delivered job search strategies and training courses for multi-national groups of jobseekers looking for career opportunities from around the world. From Toronto he works with clients throughout Canada, the US and internationally.

Talya Lev-mor Technology Maven, Business Development Facilitator and Co-founder of ResumeTarget.com. Talya Lev-Mor has worked with venture investors and entrepreneurs to build technology companies. As a senior consulting advisor to the Resume Target team, Talya continues her involvement in developing new and innovative search tools that harness traditional avenues and combine web 2.0 social media talent acquisition strategies for candidates and clients; she is also a senior advisor to Tayts & Company, on all executive level searches.
Before launching her entrepreneurial spirit, she honed her managerial skills and developed her broad connections in various roles spanning 14 years at companies such as Nike, Dow Jones and CCI as well as start up organizations such as PCM Technologies and Moving Squares.
